Cool! I just made a sale on the internet! Or, better yet, WOW! I just sold some product to one of my customers at work!

Question: Did you make a profit when you did it?

Many people seem to hop from one thing from another when it comes to sales and making money. Take a real estate agent for example. Many of them get into the business, begin prospecting, and then finally get their first sale. TaaaDaaaa! They made some money. Then they change what they did to get that sale and go off and start doing something else. Why?

Some would call it boredom, others would call it laziness, still others would say they have ADD. The fact is, many more people could be making a lot more money online or offline if they would keep one formula in mind. The formula? Once you find a successful system, idea, or practice that produces you a profit, all you have to do is duplicate it over and over again and the profits will continue to roll in.

So why aren’t more people making more money?

Well, it’s kind of like marriage. It’s new and exciting at first, but, over time, it turns into work. It’s repetitive, it can be boring, and there will always be a problem here and there. That’s why so many people fail in marriage and in business.

Because what was once new and fresh and exciting eventually turns into work. And there’s the problem a lot of people have: they can’t stand repetition and boredom. But, that’s why they call it work isn’t it? So, what can you do about it?

This will sound simple, but, in practice, it’s not. Again, it takes a little work.

Either find a way to be enthusiastic every day about what you are doing(the “work” part that produces a profit), or find something you love to do and start doing that. Either way, you’ll enjoy a lot more success in life and in business. When you get up every day, you have to find a way to look forward to the “work”, to be excited about “the work”.

If you can do this one thing, success and huge profits, will beat a path to your door.
